A great Wellness Morning! Belle is very knowledgeable and articulate. She put together a fantastic morning of yoga, great food and a talk on nutrition, in a lovely location. Would definitely recommend her Wellness Sessions!

The ULTIMATE Wellness Weekend - May 2025

Join us for the ULTIMATE Wellness Weekend in the beautiful Cotswolds!

A weekend to nourish your mind, body and soul.


Dates: Friday 23rd May - Monday 26th May 2025

Location: Cotswold Park Barns, Cirencester, GL7 7EL

Check out: 10am

Investment: £595 double occupancy  / £925 single occupancy

(We want everyone to feel comfy on this retreat so there are a couple of options:
1. You can opt for a single occupancy room. It costs a bit more but  you have an ensuite room with a double bed all to yourself.
2. You can share a twin ensuite room. You can share with a friend or if you are attending by yourself, then we’ll do our absolute best to match you with someone of a similar age/interests).


A Wellness Weekend full of relaxation, yoga, mindfulness & nutritious and delicious food. A weekend created so you can enjoy a glass of wine or organic kombucha, and chocolate is most definitely not banned (YAY!)
There is a timetable of wellness sessions (including a 30 minute treatment of your choice) but it is YOUR weekend, If you want to swap out yoga for a lie-in, it's a weekend to listen to your body. 


What’s included?

  • 3 nights of luxury accommodation in the beautiful Cotswolds. 


  • Nutritious and most importantly DELICIOUS breakfasts, lunches, 3 course evening meals, snacks and drinks (all vegetarian and gluten-free) prepared by AfN Nutritionist, Belle.


  • 30 minute treatment per person with our on-site therapist (see treatment options below).


  • Morning energising Vinyasa Yoga Classes (all abilities welcome!)


  • Evening Restorative Yin Yoga classes (to slow down the mind and work with the breath).


  • Mini Mindfulness Session


  • Evening Sound Bath with our Sound Bath and Breath-work Leader


  • Letting Go Ceremony


  • 2 X Nutrition Workshops with AfN Accredited Nutritionist, Belle Parrish, looking at ways to ADD nutrients to your diet in delicious ways.


  • Walking routes in the surrounding area of the beautiful Cotswolds.


  • Use of the on-site wood-fired hot tub.


  • The ULTIMATE Wellness goody bag to take home. 


  • AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: Time to relax and recharge. Whether you're soaking up the beautiful surroundings, relaxing in the hot tub or reading a good book, this weekend is about slowing down and taking some time for YOU.

    You will receive an email from hello@balancebybelle.com once you have paid your non-refundable deposit.


    The total cost of the retreat is as follows:

    • Double occupancy (sharing a twin room with someone else) - £595
    • Single occupancy (a room to yourself) - £925

    The remaining balance is due on or before Friday 21st February 2025. 

    Payments must be made via bank transfer (you will be emailed these details).

    Instalment options are available, just email hello@balancebybelle.com to set this up.



    Everyone has a 30 minute treatment included with our on-site therapist (treatments must be pre-booked prior to arrival). 


    Treatments include:


    • Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage.
    • Naked manicure, includes cuticle work, clear polish, exfoliant scrub, cuticle oil and hand and arm massage.
    • Naked pedicure, includes cuticle work, clear polish, exfoliant scrub, cuticle oil and foot and leg massage.


    You will be emailed once you have paid your deposit with a link to choose your time slot. Please use the draft timetable (subject to change) to see where you would like your treatment during the weekend.


    Please arrive at our beautiful venue on Friday 23rd May between 4-5pm (if you know you might be a bit later please contact hello@balancebybelle.com with an approximate arrival time.


    We will be checking out on Monday 26th May by 10am which gives us enough time to enjoy our final yoga class and delicious breakfast!



    All equipment is provided free of charge, including:

    • Mats
    • Blocks
    • Bolsters
    • Cushions
    • Individual Aromatherapy Sprays


    But you may wish to bring a pair of fluffy socks and a blanket to get cosy on an evening! 

    Of course, if you wish to bring your own stuff then please do :)

    Being Coeliac myself I wanted to create a weekend where you wouldn't need to worry about your dietary requirements, the menu is already gluten free and vegetarian, but please give us sufficient notice so we can cater to your needs in a delicious way!


    Menus are usually put together 4 weeks prior to the Wellness Weekend so it’s essential that we know your dietary preferences in advance.

    This is one of the most commonly asked questions. Please do not worry if you are a complete beginner! Yoga is about listening to YOUR body. We encourage students to tune into how a pose feels instead of how it looks. Every BODY can do yoga :)


    Please don't worry! So many people attend retreats on their own.
    Wellness Weekends attract like-minded people so you’ll probably end up making some new friends :)

    We have twice-daily wellbeing/yoga sessions and nutrition workshops but you can do as much or as little as you wish.
    We want you to have a weekend for you so if you’d rather have a lie-in than wake up for morning yoga then please listen to your body. This is YOUR weekend!


    There is plenty of parking at our gorgeous venue.

    Please note if you cancel your booking having made the deposit - the deposit is non-refundable.
    You may cancel up to Friday 21st February, but the deposit will not be refunded.
    Full payment is required by Friday 21st February 2025. If you cancel your booking having paid the full amount - the deposit and total payment is non-refundable.
